Make sure your footwear fits in both length and width

Check your feet daily for possible injuries
Ensure your socks fit well
Be careful when getting your nails done that appropriate sanitization measures are taking place
Wear sandals or flipflops in public showers
If you hurt your foot or feet, visit your chiropodist to avoid worsening pain
