At Michener, Gregory gained valuable experience in cadaver studies, injections, local anesthesia, soft tissue surgery, and biomechanics. Gregory completed externships in the community health care setting, where he worked in various high-risk diabetic foot care clinics. Before attending The Michener, Gregory spent four years at McMaster University studying Honours Life Sciences and served as an Executive Member of the McMaster Science Society. Through his years of schooling, he always showed a keen interest in sports medicine, human kinetics, pathophysiology, wound care, and nutrition.
Outside of the clinic, Gregory indulges in many things. He has a passion for sports, most notably baseball and football, and can be found anywhere from the golf course to the ice rink. Every summer, you can find him at Tim Horton’s field in Hamilton cheering on the hometown Tiger-Cats. Gregory loves listening to country music, classic rock, and R&B. He loves exploring all types of cuisine. Still, He especially enjoys spicy foods with a little extra kick! Ultimately, however, the thing that makes Gregory happiest is his puppy Bennett – a spunky, playful Australian Shepherd Border Collie cross!
Gregory plans to register with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario when first eligible and can’t wait to dive headfirst into his career in Chiropody.
