Meet Our Support Staff

Now that you have met our Chiropodists allow us to introduce the support staff that ensures that your visit, from booking to payment, runs smoothly.

Vicki, Office Manager

Vicki, our Office Manager, started this clinic with Rick. Her background is in dental, and she understands how a clinic should run efficiently. Vicki has transitioned into a behind-the-scenes role, including scheduling appointments, processing estimates, and following up on unbooked appointments. When Vicki isn’t on the clock, she is also an oma to three adorable grandchildren and counting.

Kaitlyn, Clinical Chiropody Assistant

Kaitlyn joined the team in 2018. As a Clinical Chiropody Assistant, she ensures rooms are clean, patients are seated, the appropriate images are taken, and instruments are sterilized for your visit. Additionally, you may see her from time to time at the desk, scheduling your appointment or accepting payment for your visit. Kaitlyn’s attention to detail aids in her application of the Keryflex Nail Restoration system, and she is a certified Sigvaris compression fitter.

Jackie, Clinical Patient Representative

In 2020, Jackie joined Werkman, Boven & Associates. With over ten years of experience in medical administration, she is the perfect addition to the team as a Clinical Patient Representative. Jackie is always happy to schedule your appointments, process payments, and help with insurance claims. She can help you choose the best compression stocking, as she is also a certified Sigvaris compression fitter.

Heather, Clinical Chiropody Assistant

At the beginning of 2021, Heather came on board. She is a Clinical Chiropody Assistant and is happy to prepare you in the clinic for your appointments. She will help, when needed, remove socks and shoes, update information and images in your file, and remove nail polish. Sterilizing your footcare instruments and cleaning treatment rooms are also part of her daily responsibilities.

Karen, Clinical Patient Representative

Karen was the next person to join us. She began early this year as a Clinical Patient Representative. You will see her smiling face at the front desk, prepared to check you in, schedule your appointments, and receive payments.

Rhett, Clinical Chiropody Assistant

Rhett has completed his first year at the Michener Institute for Chiropody. He joined us in May 2022 to learn how a private clinic runs. We are happy to have his help this summer as a Clinical Chiropody Assistant. Along with helping the chiropodists, the assistants also take care of modalities, such as Lunula Laser and Magnetic Biostimulation Therapy. Kaitlyn, Heather and Rhett will be happy to set you up with these treatments for each subsequent visit.

As the number of our Chiropodists continues to grow, as does the required number of people to support our practitioners. We are grateful for everything they do to keep your appointment running smoothly so the Chiropodists can continue to provide exceptional footcare for all ages.
