Community Involvement 2024

Werkman, Boven & Associates has been a part of this Oakville neighbourhood for over 16 years. We have always enjoyed creating a connection in our commercial and personal neighbourhoods, and we’re proud of the various community events we have been involved in over the years. We’ve already participated in a few events this year, and more to come.  

Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital Golf Tournament at Glen Abbey Golf Club
We look forward to sponsoring a hole for the OTMH Golf Tournament this August.

Silent Auction Fundraiser at Grace Christian School (GCS) in Millgrove
To help raise money for the school, Werkman, Boven & Associates donated certificates for comprehensive foot and gait assessment, athletic shoes, and Sigvaris athletic recovery socks.

Kerr St. Mission Golf Tournament at Piper’s Heath Golf Club
This September, we look forward to donating certificates for a Foot Assessment Package, including an assessment, shoes, and more, to be sold at the Street Golf Classic auction.

Campfire! Golf Tournament at Guelph Lakes Golf & Country Club
In support of Campfire! Bible Camp, we sponsored a hole in their tournament in May. We also sent Rick and Vicki Werkman to play.

Oakville Rangers Hockey Club
We look forward to helping support this team of 17 hockey players in their pursuit of winning the Ontario Minor Hockey Association provincial championship.

We are excited to continue building on these efforts and exploring new ways to engage with and support our community. 

Together with these great organizations and so many more, we are grateful to be making a positive impact in our community.
